Grades K-5 Report Card Conferences
All students will be dismissed at 11:30 am.

Afternoon conferences will be from 12:00pm - 2:00pm. Evening conferences will be from 5:00pm - 7:30pm.

Parents will be seen by teachers on a first-come, first-served basis.

We understand that some families cannot make it on Tuesday, March 16th. We urge you to contact your child's teacher to arrange an appointment for another date/time. To privide flexible options, all teachers will be available for conferences by appointment only on the following dates between 8:00am and 9:00am in 15-minute intervals (SGI morning sessions are canceled for the week of March 15th):

  • Wednesday, March 17, 2010
  • Thursday, March 18, 2010
If you wish to make an appointment, you must email your child's teacher. Only emailed requests can be granted.

Specialty Teachers

Because of the number of students they serve, the following teachers will have extended conference hours on Tuesday, March 16th:

  • Ms. Santana
  • Mr. Faulkner
  • Ms. DeAbreu
  • Mr. Rand
Their conference hours will be:
  • 8:00am - 11:00am
  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm
  • 5:00pm - 7:30pm
We are confident this flexible scheduling will meet the needs of parents and teachers and will ensure the success of Open School Week. Your feedback on the conferences is always appreciated. Thank you for your continued support of the TAG school.
